The conveyor is a heavy duty 3/4" thick with stainless steel link pins and will not allow small parts or thin parts to get caught in or fall through the conveyor. Multiple drive sprockets provide positive tracking, eliminating the need for any adjustments. The 65% open construction allows for excellent air flow to the bottom of the product. The nylon/glass combination eliminates any opportunity for film sticking to the conveyor. High temperature glass/nylon mesh conveyor 3/4" thick. Long lasting - can not be damaged like Teflon mesh belts. No tracking problems and need no lubrication. Runs on Nylon sprockets for perfect alignment. Stainless steel link pins. Ideal for polyethylene. Polyethylene will not stick. Low thermal conductivity plus low friction = far superior efficiency as compared to metal mesh. Small or thin parts or products can not fall through. SAFETY - Ideal for handicapped work shops. Fingers can not penetrate. Standard Tunnel Features Multiple cal rod heat elements. Digital time proportioning solid state temperature controller for the most accurate temperature control available. Blower motors. 1/2 HP TO 2 HP - 56 frame industrial motors. Uniform air flow on top, sides and bottom of the package. • Air velocity/blower speed can be changed for special requirements. • Optional - Vari-speed & directional air velocity available. Heavy duty tunnel insulation for high efficiency and minimal exterior surface temperature. • Saves on electricity with minimal heat to surrounding environment. Vari-Speed Conveyors. SCR controlled. Leg adjusters plus casters Conveyor height adjustable from 34" to 37" Product direction flow choice Optional heights available. Optional air velocity control Electrical Components All control components, blower motors and conveyor motors are standard off the shelf items. Vari-speed conveyor motors. Maintenance Easy access to heat elements and blower motors. Shrink tunnels can be operated when an element needs to be replaced to allow continued production. Shrink tunnels with 24 kW and larger heater banks cycle from full voltage to 1/2 voltage to allow superior temperature control and longer element life. Mesh conveyor need not be adjusted for tracking or tension. Construction Welded heavy duty steel tubular frames. Electro-galvanized sheet metal interior and exterior.
